Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
  • Provide expert guidance, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills
  • Build and maintain client relationships with a service‒focused approach
  • Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and industry best practices
  • Uphold our company core values in all daily activities
  • Collaborate with fellow brokers, staff, and service teams to create a seamless client experience
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate Broker License (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‒motivated, organized, and eager to grow your business
  • Team‒oriented mindset with a client‒first approach
  • Experience in residential real estate preferred, but not required
