- Collaborate with fellow brokers, staff, and service teams to create a seamless client experience
- Active Real Estate Broker License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team‒oriented mindset with a client‒first approach
- Experience in residential real estate preferred, but not required
- Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture
