We are looking for vendors in Illinois, especially Bloomington, Ford, Champaign, Dewit, Macon, Lodan, Tazewell, Peoria, Stark, Woodford, Marshall, Livingston, Mclean, and Rockford.

Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors.

Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:

• Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks, including the following work:
  • Winterizations
  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Debris removal
  • Lock Changes
  • Initial Services (including sales clean)
  • Boarding
  • Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition
  • General/Minor household repairs, etc.
• Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replacement.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
• Must meet client's deadlines.
• Must have own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on a regular basis, etc.

PAY IS BASED ON YOUR BID AND AS PER ALLOWABLE LIST (NO DISCOUNT).
