Biaggi's is hiring Servers to help us create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you enjoy serving people and excel at customer service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests and offering menu assistance
• Presenting menu specials and answering questions about ingredients
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and experience quality
• Serving with a warm, friendly attitude
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and performing side work
• Teamwork and reporting to management
• Handling cash and credit payments

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a table-service restaurant (preferred)
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid alcohol certification
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of wine & spirits
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic bookkeeping and POS system knowledge
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
