Host, Restaurant​/Food Service, Customer Service Rep

We are hiring Hosts to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you love serving people and excel at customer service, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and assisting with reservations
• Guiding guests to their tables and providing accurate wait time estimates
• Providing menus and answering initial questions
• Optimizing seating arrangements for balanced workload
• Answering phones, scheduling reservations, and light restaurant maintenance

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Stamina to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
