• Engage with customers to showcase floor care products and solutions
• Deliver hands‑on product demonstrations in homes and businesses
• Learn the complete sales process from first contact to close
• Track progress toward daily and weekly goals and celebrate team success
• Develop leadership and communication skills through ongoing mentorship

• One on one coaching

• Full‑time hours with Monday through Saturday available
