OpportunityThe Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge, marketing and promoting new products, assisting customers during the sales/purchase process, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. The role also includes daily warehouse functions as needed.
Compensation & ShiftCompensation: $20-22 per hour plus commission.
Shift: 8am–5pm.
- Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
- Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating documentation, and placing follow‑up calls.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships in a safe and clean environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
- Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
- Basic problem‑solving and computer skills.
- Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting the job.
