Multi Site Security Officer - Flexible Schedule

Location: Bloomington, IL

Pay: $19.00/hr - $19.00/hr (Base pay range)

Full‑time security officer stationed at various site locations. Must be available any day of the week and during 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Secure entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in all weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out other tasks as required for assigned sites.

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High school diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED within 6 months).
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Strong customer service background preferred.
• Prior security, law‑enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, drug screen, background investigation.
