• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols across the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
• Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors while addressing their concerns or inquiries.
• Document all incidents and activities per Allied Universal and client protocols.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
