Dick Van Dyke Inc. is looking for a reliable hardworking individual to add to our Service Team. Our Field Service Technicians follow basic operating instructions; troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns; maintain supplies and inventory; call manufacturers for technical assistance and document service actions by completing paperless forms.

A mechanical aptitude is required for this position with a knowledge of basic hand tools. We will commit to the right candidate, a 4-month hands‑on training process from the first day on the job to the end of the 4th month of training. During the training process, the candidate will receive $18 to $19 per hour based on mechanical skillset, a company issued Silverado truck stocked with fast‑moving replacement parts, a cell phone for company use, and a laptop to remain paperless.

The second phase of the candidate’s employment, they will move into a salary of $40k annually plus 8% commission on all their repair work.
Dick Van Dyke Inc. also awards Service Technicians with a $500 monthly bonus based off performance and goal achievement. We offer other incentives such as a tool rent‑to‑own program, assistance with uniforms and more.

The hours for this position will begin at 8am and finish when the Service Technician's calls are complete. Our Service Technicians work Monday through Friday and share an on-call schedule. The on-call schedule pertains to one full week on call and rotates to the next Service Technicians. The On-call schedule is shared with two locations making the on-call schedule widely spread‑out.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal background

• Ability to push, pull up to 50lbs
