• Supervise the entire installation project and ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Supervise safety on the job and communicate with the Roof Lead and Branch Manager on any changes needed.
• Mount racking, modules, and electrical equipment on various roof types and ground mounts.
• Complete installation and troubleshoot projects while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Thoroughly fill out job documents, collect data and photos for each job, and drive company vehicle to and from jobs safely.
• Manage truck tools and material inventory and perform required travel for extended periods at a time.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year experience, including at least 6 months of leading a crew; electrical and roof racking experience required.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good motivation with attention to productivity, detail, and safety; ability to work safety with heights on ladders and in confined areas; ability to lift, pull and push materials; lift 50 pounds frequently; excellent written and verbal communication skills; regular reliable attendance; ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment; ability to work in extreme environments.
• Driver’s License: Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• Stand, walk or run for long periods; kneel, stoop, crouch or crawl; climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles; repeat the same movements; lift 50+ pounds.

Employee is required to travel for business purposes; must have a valid driver’s license/insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
