Job Description: Our Technicians work in a mobile workshop providing wheel services such as cosmetic refinishing and straightening repairs. Training is provided in a paid, two-week program conducted out of town in Cedar Rapids, IA. Expenses such as hotel and meals (up to $75/week) are covered.
Travel is a requirement for training, and you will need to use your personal vehicle to meet the training technician. After training, your personal vehicle is only needed to commute to the storage facility. You will travel to various cities on scheduled routes in our mobile units, with all equipment and supplies provided. Reimbursement for gas and overnight stays outside the territory is included.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create a professional environment
- Answer customer questions about our services
- Use Re Con Pro software for customer invoicing
- Repair and straighten wheels
- Negotiate sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (recommended)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Insurable on commercial fleet insurance
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
