Perfect Choice Home Solutions is looking for experienced, reliable siding installation subcontractors to join our growing team in Central Illinois. We are seeking established contractors and professional crews who take pride in quality workmanship, dependable service, and customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is for independent subcontractors only — this is NOT a W-2 employment position. We are looking to partner with qualified businesses and crews to complete residential siding installation projects for our customers.

• An established siding installation business or crew.

• Your own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew.

• Valid business registration and any applicable licenses required for your work.

• Your own General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage, as applicable and required by law.

• Reliable communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Ability to complete projects according to agreed-upon schedules and quality standards.

• Commitment to keeping job sites clean and treating homeowners' properties with respect.

• References or examples of previous siding installation work preferred.

This is a subcontracting opportunity, not a traditional employment position. Subcontractors are responsible for their own business operations, tools, transportation, insurance, crew, and applicable taxes. Projects, scope of work, compensation, and payment terms will be established through a subcontractor agreement.
