King Recruiting Services is seeking a traveling field technician to test and maintain high-voltage substation equipment across the Midwest. The role is home-based near Chicago or Springfield IL, Madison or Green Bay WI, with up to 100% travel and per diem.
Responsibilities include testing up to 765 kV systems, GIS, SF6 breakers, transformers, and HV test sets. NETA II–IV preferred; military training is a plus, valid driver's license required.
