KLA Industries in the Midwest is seeking a traveling field technician to test and maintain high‑voltage substations across the region. This home‑based role covers Chicago, Springfield IL, Madison WI, and Green Bay WI with up to 100% travel, per diem, and overtime as needed.
You will test LV through HV systems up to 765 kV, inspect transformers, switch gear and GIS, run HV test sets, and commission control schemes. NETA Level II–IV is preferred; military power‑production training is a plus.
