The Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) at Indiana University (IU) Bloomington is dedicated to attracting, enrolling, and supporting a community of talented students from Indiana, across the nation, and around the world. The Office of Enrollment Marketing and Communications (EMC) in the OEM serves all 10 units. A combination of creative mojo and data analysis allows us to implement innovative marketing communications to serve prospective and current students and their families, driving enrollment and retention to and for IU Bloomington.
Job Summary- As a member of the marketing and communications team, fulfills data requests and meet campaign timelines.
- Pulls, cleans, and segments contact lists to support targeted marketing communications and outreach campaigns.
- Conducts thorough quality assurance checks on lists, reports, and data imports/exports to maintain high data accuracy.
- Monitors and troubleshoots CRM data workflows, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors proactively.
- Supports documentation of data management procedures, query logic, and list‑generation processes for team reference.
- Ensures compliance with institutional data governance, privacy, and security policies in all CRM activities.
- Contributes to a collaborative, detail‑oriented team environment while managing part‑time responsibilities effectively.
- Assists with database upgrades and modifications.
- Follows data management policies and documents testing outcomes.

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
