The people and companies building Bloomington, in their own words. Founder journeys, member wins, and community stories.
Amplify Bloomington runs the programs that help founders build real companies here: an accelerator, a summer program for student founders, peer accountability cohorts, and a public event series, with more in the works. This role owns the execution behind all of it, keeping programs on schedule, funders satisfied, and founders having a good experience from application through the final showcase.
You’ll meet with founders one-on-one as a guide on logistics, deadlines, and next steps, not as a coach. The Head of Entrepreneurship Growth leads founder coaching, the ongoing relationship, and the mentor and expert network; this role supports that work operationally. It’s a builder’s role on a growing team, and you’ll have real say in how it takes shape.
