Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) – Aspen Dental – Bloomington, IN

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $20 - $22 / hour

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and collecting payment
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Must be age 18 or older
