Position Summary
The Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Surgery Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery seeks a Cardiovascular Surgeon with specialized training in minimally invasive robotic cardiac surgery to join our multidisciplinary team in the Indianapolis Metro Region. Applicants should have experience teaching residents and fellows and be passionate about caring for complex cardiovascular patients.
Ideal candidate: 3–5 years’ experience performing complex coronary revascularization, valve repair and replacement, and minimally invasive robotic valve operations. Will support and contribute to a growing practice with highly collaborative and interdependent quality systems that ensure successful patient outcomes. Full‑time faculty position; salary and academic rank commensurate with experience.
Qualifications- 3–5 years of experience in complex coronary revascularization, valve repair/replacement, and robotic valve operations.
- Experience teaching residents and fellows.
- Passion for caring for complex cardiovascular patients.
