• Provide primary‑care services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site‑specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long‑term care facilities.
• Review and sign medication administration reports (MARs) and facility orders; respond to labs within 24 hours.
• Manage scheduled medication prescriptions per the facility’s policy.
• Allocate adequate time per visit for paperwork and administrative duties.
• Participate in care‑plan meetings and Q&A/PI activities as requested.
• On‑call: available 8 AM–5 PM by text or phone on scheduled days; adhere to updated triage and on‑call schedules.
• Submit documentation and billing records to Eventus Whole Health according to billing schedules.
• Maintain open, positive communication with facility staff and administration; provide medication and caregiver instructions.
• Follow all Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, and legal/regulatory guidelines; comply with professional ethics.
• Protect patient confidentiality, including proper use of cell phones, emails, text messaging, charts, and EMR; comply with HIPAA and CPT coding guidelines.

• Licensed MD or DO
• 3 years in long‑term care/geriatric care preferred
• AMDA certification a plus but not mandatory
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
