OVERVIEW Indiana University is hiring a Director of Enrollment Management, Education Abroad to provide leadership across the full student journey in education abroad. This university-wide role supports strategic coordination from the first prospective student interaction through enrollment and departure processes. The position contributes to international education efforts serving approximately 5,500 students annually across the Indiana University system. The role focuses on leadership in marketing, recruitment, advising, admissions, student services, scholarships, and enrollment operations.
The successful candidate will help guide system-wide education abroad initiatives while supporting student access and participation in international experiences.
- Lead the education abroad enrollment funnel across the Indiana University system
- Provide strategic leadership for marketing and outreach initiatives
- Lead student recruitment efforts related to education abroad opportunities
- Oversee the system-wide education abroad advising function
- Oversee admissions processes connected to education abroad programs
- Manage enrollment functions for education abroad participation
- Oversee student services related to education abroad experiences
- Oversee scholarship functions supporting education abroad participation
- Support the student journey from prospective student engagement through departure
- Leadership experience related to enrollment management and education abroad
- Ability to oversee advising, admissions, enrollment, and student services functions
