• Analyze and evaluate commercial truck applications to determine risk and make informed decisions.
• Manage your own book of business, maintaining profitability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Build trusted relationships with agents and insureds through strong relationship‑building skills.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate potential loss hazards to structure insurance programs that meet client needs.
• Participate in a training program that includes one‑on‑one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self‑study.

• Prior experience in finance, banking, sales, or a related field with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
• Customer‑centred approach to market Great West products and services.
