- Perform diagnostic radiographic, CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures in accordance with department protocols.
- Serve as the first line interface with customers, successfully fulfilling their imaging needs.
- Participate in PI/QC activities and assist in maintaining the Performance Improvement Program.
- Oversee the radiology area and/or staff in the absence of the manager or director.
- Maintain department supplies and the scheduling for assigned sub‑departments.
- Ensure proper processing and transmission of images to PACS.
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- Effective July 1, 2017 – appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
- Current BCLS (AHA).
- Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
- One year of acute clinical radiography preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
