This position assists clients of the Company with and performs household tasks, and assists with the performance of activities of daily living, when the clients are not able to perform the tasks themselves. Tasks are performed in accordance with a Plan of Care and/or under the direct supervision of the client family member or authorized representative. This position reports directly to the assigned Help At Home, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Home Care Aides and Personal Care Attendants provide support to seniors in their own homes. In addition to light housekeeping and errands, they also may assist with bathing and grooming, and accompanying clients to appointments outside the home.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location.
