Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

* AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.

• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.

* County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
