Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver in-home therapy for children with autism in Bloomington. You’ll work Mon–Fri evenings, under a BCBA supervisor, with a clearly defined case and supportive team.
This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and client-centered care. You’ll perform direct therapy (97153), collect data, and coordinate with the family and supervising BCBA to ensure effective progress and continuity of care.
