As a Recruiting Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, thoughtful, and engaging hiring experience for every candidate and hiring manager. You’ll support the full recruitment process—from scheduling interviews to onboarding—while also helping us streamline and improve how we hire.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during interviews and onboarding
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
• Prepare offer letters and manage background checks/onboarding steps
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse (ATS)
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives
• Help improve recruitment workflows and gather feedback to enhance the process
• Support ATS administration, including system configuration and issue resolution

• 1–2+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support
• Experience in manufacturing or pharma environments is a plus
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

• Pay: Flexible, depending on experience
• Location: Hybrid (must be local to Bloomington, IN)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time hours;
  One Saturday/month (~4 hours required);
  Occasional Tuesday evenings;
  Any after-hours work will be offset with time off during the week
