Digital Marketing Manager

Lionsgate needs a Digital Marketing Manager who can read a market like Bloomington and rewrite the playbook when the numbers demand it. At Lionsgate, $84,000 - $113,000 buys a manager seat, but 6 years of Semrush buys you the ownership that comes with it.

• Show up at Bloomington, IN networking nights with a reason to follow up
• Carry a $84,000 - $113,000-tier quota and the playbook to hit it
• Read the room on every manager call and adjust the close
• Conduct market research to uncover trends shaping the sales marketing space
• Hands-on ownership of social media calendars and community engagement

• 8+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Hands-on experience with modern Klaviyo workflows and tooling
• Equal parts Work-Life Balance depth and Meta Ads Manager curiosity
• A track record of data-honest delivery in an internship structure
• The integrity to flag your own mistakes first
