Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Architect with expertise on SAP Integration Suite / CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to join our dynamic SAP team. The SAP CPI Expert will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems in the cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools, integration strategies, and experience in leading complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to integrate various cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Develop and configure integration flows (iFlows) to integrate SAP with external systems like third‑party applications, legacy systems, and non‑SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot Success Factors CPI Interfaces issues using ODATA API and SFAPI Audit logs;
  Monitored interfaces for any issues.
• Use Groovy scripting and Javscript within CPI to implement custom message transformation, data enrichment, exception handling and advanced business logic.
• Work with Odata services; creating, consuming, transforming and integrating OData endpoints into CPI flows
• Good understanding how to query and manipulate compound data sets, nested entity relationships, filters and expansions.
• Work with EDI protocols and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, X12) to implement EDI integrations within the SAP CPI environment.
• Lead integration initiatives from concept through to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
• Define integration architecture, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CPI solutions, addressing performance issues and errors.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting of integration failures, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the SAP CPI platform.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the integration architecture and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP Cloud Integration tools and technologies, integrating new functionalities as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for documentation and change management processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP integrations area and at least 4 years of extensive hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)/ SAP Integration Suite, including iFlow design, integration scenarios, mapping, and monitoring.
