Dinsmore is seeking a Project Assistant at our Bloomington, IN location who will support attorneys/paralegals in connection with commercial finance banking.
Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to client requests
- Assist with document preparation, document filings, real estate closing processes and other matters as needed
- Opening client/matters
- Assist the team with large projects and miscellaneous requests
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Word)
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced team/collaborative environment to ensure successful completion of projects
- Flexible and adaptive to a dynamic work environment
