Fine Tune is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Vice President to lead our Waste & Recycling Services division. This executive will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth of our waste and recycling category offering. The Senior Vice President will oversee all aspects of client program management, vendor negotiations, compliance auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This leader will play a pivotal role in expanding Fine Tune’s waste and recycling services division, developing best practices, and ensuring exceptional value for our clients.

• Overall management of category offering including oversight of a team of employees
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep Fine Tune’s offerings at the forefront of the market
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and assist in extending and expanding client agreements
• Organize, plan, and manage complex client projects to include:
  • Establish baselines for our clients against which we will be measured
  • Identify savings opportunities and recommend strategies to implement those savings to our clients
  • Negotiate contracts with waste & recycling services vendors
  • Recommend optimization opportunities to clients to provide additional savings beyond the initial contract negotiation
• Enforce audit best practices to ensure contract compliance within the category
• Collaborate with Fine Tune’s sales & marketing teams to support new client acquisitions
• Occasionally participate in category awareness campaigns and participate in industry events (virtual and in person) to promote category growth

• Extensive waste & recycling service industry leadership experience (10+ years minimum). Ideal candidates will have spent at least a portion of their career in executive roles with waste & recycling service vendors
• Experience in service, revenue-generation, and management positions
• A true industry leader with a mastery of waste & recycling providers’ inner workings and the North American waste & recycling industry landscape
• Proven ability to lead high performing teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
