  • Operate presses, sanders, and common hand tools in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Measure and weigh friction compounds in compliance with work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • High school diploma or GED, with three to six months of related manufacturing experience or training.
  • Mechanical or machinery-related experience preferred.
  • Safety-focused with the ability to read detailed work instructions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
