Warehouse, POSITION PURPOSE

• Ensure quality standards for products are followed
• Read blueprints
• Recommend any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
• Inspect and test materials and equipment
• Use necessary quality tools and equipment to measure products
• Use power tools and equipment
• Cut plastic piping
• Bend/fit piping
• Assemble product

• Develop methods, tools, and processes to measure, understand, and improve core processes and perform these activities in alignment with company values.
• Participate on project teams as needed
• Other duties as required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and using a tape measure.
• Skilled in handling power tools, hand tools, and basic construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and installation manuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

• General warehouse environment.
• Low noise level.
• Prolonged sitting and repetitive motion due to extended computer use.
• Occasional exposure to production, distribution area working conditions, including noise, and dust exposure and lift truck traffic.
• Stress related to conflicting priorities and meeting schedule deadlines.

• Ability to see, and speak, hear, write, and understand English.
• Sustained attention to detail.
• Ability to read and analyze data and other written information.
• Minimal physical exertion.

WORKING HOURS:

7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday with additional hours as necessary to meet production demand
