Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Family Medicine APPs in Bloomington, IN! Seeking fulltime locums coverage!

We are looking to add an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Practice Team! The Advanced Practitioner plays a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care. Our providers deliver exceptional patient care with a focus on overall wellbeing of our patients.

Nurse Practitioner/PA job details:

• Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient s clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient s condition.
• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.
• Respects patients  rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
• Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.
• Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.

• Full time (M-F), 40 hours per week (8am – 5pm)

• Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program
• Must have Indiana RN license.
• Must have active APRN or PA/CSR license or be eligible for licenses.
• AANP, ANCC or PA certification
• Valid driver s license
• Must have BLS certification
