• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Promote health, prevent disease, and help patients manage chronic conditions.

• Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH.
• Indiana State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.

• BLS
