CVICU - biggest patient population is CV surgery and Thoracic surgery patients, including CABG, TAVR, SAVR, MVR, and VATS. Additional patient populations include flex acuity of Med/Surg, Progressive, and ICU of cardiovascular and oncology patients.

RTO Restrictions:
Must work 2/3 major holidays.

Special Requirements : interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, post cardiac surgery (directly or indirectly from OR), CABG, transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation/replacement (TAVI/TAVR);
Arterial line management, blood production administration, central line care/management, PICC line management; titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips. Preferred - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Sheath Removal, Ventricular Assist devices (LVAD/RVAD/Impella);
Care of ventilated patients, ventilator management. Previous charge experience is preferred.
