Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.

• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

• Document patient progress and care activities accurately.

• Cover unit charge nursing responsibilities as needed, with provided training and resources.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.

• Valid IN state nursing license (must be in hand prior to start).

• BLS and NIHSS certifications.

• Ability to float within hospital or to affiliate facilities as required.

• Willingness to work major holidays (2 out of
3).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.

• Comfortable with unit charge nurse responsibilities.

• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems.
