Advanced Practice Provider - Otolaryngology

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who specializes in Otolaryngology to join our group at our FPN Coolspring Health Center in Michigan City, Indiana with outreach responsibilities at LaPorte and Chesterton, IN. Provider would be joining a well-established, busy practice with an experienced physician as well as a great support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to work independently within a supportive environment.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays

Provider will manage their own patient panel

Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per day

Travel to outreach locations < 30 minutes from main campus

No call expectation

Strong mentorship available from seasoned physician already in the practice
