## What You'll Do
* Lead and continuously improve ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 Quality Management Systems
* Oversee QC Lab operations, calibration programs, and test method development
* Drive customer complaint resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
* Manage supplier quality issues and incoming material performance
* Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across the plant
* Support new product commercialization by establishing quality standards from development through launch
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing quality team
* Serve as the plant's primary quality contact for customers, auditors, and suppliers## Skills That Set You Apart

* Statistical Process Control — Control charts, capability studies, measurement system analysis, and data-driven decision-making

* Customer & Supplier Management — Complaint investigation, scorecard management, supplier claims, and relationship building

* Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
* Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 system administration
* Experience with Food Safety systems (ISO 22000, SQF, or equivalent)
* Working knowledge of statistical quality control and lean manufacturing principles## Work Environment &
