A. Glazier. You will map clinical biomarkers to model states, define biological scoring criteria for digital twin ensembles, collaborate with national consortium partners, write technical publications, and prepare milestone-ready contract deliverables.
- 60% Dynamic Immune & Organ Modeling:
Develop fast, interpretable ODE/network/mechanistic model modules linking immune dysfunction to organ injury; map clinical time-series and biomarkers to model states; formulate biological plausibility and scoring criteria. - 40% Consortium Deliverables & Research:
Prepare test cases, model packages, and model cards; write research papers; present findings; collaborate with national consortium partners in systems biology and clinical data science.
