• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher, ensuring all kitchenware is properly stored.
• Maintain and monitor the dishwasher, equipment, and detergent levels.
• Keep the dish room impeccably clean and sanitized, including taking care of trash disposal.
• Be ready to assist both the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff with various tasks when necessary.

• No previous restaurant experience required; we’ll train the right candidate.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Be prepared to work in a humid and heated environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, scooping, standing, kneeling, and squatting during your shift.
