As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll help create the best experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. You'll be a key part of our success, ensuring fans can access the merch they love and creating a fun, engaging shopping environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with merchandising changes.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred; a love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
