Summary / Objective

As the Territory Business Manager, you will promote Beta Bionics products and services within your assigned geography. You will manage the full sales cycle in endocrinology practices, internal medicine, and some primary care offices. In partnership with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists, you are accountable for achieving and exceeding sales results through strategic targeting, business planning/analytics, and building strong relationships with our customers.

This role requires collaboration across cross‑functional teams and excellent planning and organization skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Drive and exceed territory sales goals.
  • Conduct business planning, strategic targeting, and use analytics to manage the territory via
  • Communicate effectively with patients with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Beta Bionics products and provide high‑quality demonstrations.
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Collaborate tightly with Clinical Diabetes Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists, and cross‑functional teams (Market Access, Marketing, Customer Care).
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the diabetes disease state, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Problem‑solve in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
Required Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in medical device, technology, or biopharma.
  • Diabetes sales experience required.
Preferred Experience And Qualifications
  • Prior insulin pump sales experience preferred.
Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment

This is a field‑based position. Candidates must reside in the geography specified in the job title.

Physical Demands
  • Independent mobility and frequent computer use.
  • Travel required, depending on business needs.
Compensation And Benefits

Annual base salary: $90,000 – $120,000, plus an annual commission target, resulting in an annual earnings target of $169,500 – $199,500.
Beta Bionics also offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; flexible spending accounts (FSA) and a health savings account (HSA) with annual company contribution; 401(k) with generous match and immediate vesting; an open PTO policy; and 10 paid holidays per year.
