As a Sales Representative for our Roofing Division, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and nurturing connections within our roofing family. With a personal touch and a genuine desire to help, you’ll connect with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will be introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed, including your leads.
This position is responsible for daily appointments and inspections, and providing clients with detailed estimates. This includes but is not limited to sales, follow‑ups, customer financing, customer care, customer service, and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities- Represent RCV, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
- Inspect roofs and diagnose residential and/or commercial properties in all services offered—Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Attic Insulation, Soffit and Fascia.
- Attend client and adjuster meetings.
- Measure, calculate and estimate products/services to be rendered.
- Follow up calls to answer any questions about estimates sent.
- Process finance applications for clients with budget constraints.
- Close meetings to obtain signed contracts to submit to office staff.
- Provide knowledge of product options and warranty options.
- Have basic knowledge of installation/application of all services offered.
- Diplomatically resolve conflicts and protect the RCV brand and team.
- Represent RCV at various trade, community, and charitable events.
- Maintain responsive and professional communication to clients and co-workers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and earn recommendations for each job.
- Adhere to RCV safety procedures and guidelines.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights to access roofs and inspect attics.
- Previous roofing industry experience preferred.
- Daily travel in the home market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attire.
- Commercial roofing experience is a plus.
- First‑rate time management, organization, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative and a considerable amount of independent judgment and dependability.
- Military service is a plus.
- Compensation of $37k – $52k annually, with potential to earn commission.
