Driver​/Laborer

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers (no CDL required).

Compensation starts at $19 per hour plus tips. Top performers typically earn an extra $100+ per week in tips. Opportunities to earn more on out-of-state moves.

• Greet customers upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings.
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments.
• Safely drive and maneuver various sized vehicles up to a 26-foot box truck.

• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Two years of prior driving experience required per insurance requirements.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor (loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, warehouse) helpful.
• Drug-free workplace – all applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random screenings per Department of Transportation regulations.
