Sanitation Associate

Role Overview:
This position involves unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing inventory in the warehouse. It provides support across various warehouse tasks including sanitation, product selection, inventory control, and equipment operation. Responsibilities also include fueling and cleaning semi-trucks/trailers, verifying received products, assembling customer orders, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

• Unload trucks and organize products onto warehouse racks or pallets.
• Handle cases, boxes, and pallets of various grocery and food products, ensuring proper placement.
• Assist with sanitation, cleaning, and equipment maintenance, including fueling and washing trucks.
• Support order picking, palletizing, and labeling for customer orders.
• Operate industrial equipment like pallet jacks and high-lift trucks safely.
• Inspect products for damage, verify quantities, and report issues.
• Maintain safety standards, work in multi-temperature environments, and adapt to changing work demands.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; warehouse experience is a plus.
• Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work independently, and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs., and working in different warehouse temperature zones. Must work safely in a loud environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
