With nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, a full‑service American restaurant, indoor heated junior Olympic‑sized pool, whirlpool, 24‑hour fitness center, and a recent remodel that highlights a local Minnesotan theme, this hotel offers an inspiring environment for both business and leisure travelers.
Must work evenings and weekends.

Salary range: $23.56 to $24.20 per hour, based on experience.

Role And Responsibilities- Provide guests with exceptional service, responding promptly to requests and information.
- Build strong relationships within Accounting and with other departments through effective communication.
- Reconcile and create invoices for group billings, apply payments and advance deposits.
- Prepare daily deposits and maintain over/short log for each shift.
- Assist in accounts payable, research past‑due invoices, and set up new vendors.
- Create monthly accrual entries for accounts payable.
- Balance daily income journal and audit packs; ensure accurate record keeping.
- Reconcile tax‑exempt guest accounts.
- Respond to credit‑card chargeback disputes.
- Maintain workplace safety and enforce hotel safety standards.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Use a daily checklist to complete tasks.
- Basic knowledge of accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Basic mathematical skills; comfortable with moderately complex computerized financial systems; proficient with 10‑key.
- Ability to perform repetitive work and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the accounting and hotel areas during the shift.
- Use judgment and make sound decisions in evaluating situations.
- Can lift or move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
- Previous experience in hotel accounting is preferred.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new systems and processes.
