Warehouse Manager

Behind Energy Innovation Corp's next big bet is a model someone has to build, defend, and stand behind; we're hiring that someone as our Warehouse Manager. A $93,000 - $141,000 Warehouse Manager role for a self-starter who wants ownership, collaboration, and a genuine path forward.

• Hold a forecast review where people actually change their minds
• Surface the two or three metrics that decide whether a Warehouse Manager bet paid off
• Deliver weekly performance summaries that keep leadership informed
• Lead due diligence on acquisition and investment opportunities
• Turn a people-centered board mandate into work the business team can start Monday
• Knit together the Rochester, MN P&L from pieces three teams own separately

• 6+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Experience translating Growth Mindset complexity for a non-technical audience
• Equal parts Growth Mindset depth and Freight Forwarding curiosity
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience

At Energy Innovation Corp, our mission is to make business simpler, faster, and more accessible for everyone in Rochester, MN and beyond. Around here, "I don't know yet" is a perfectly respectable sentence and often the start of something good.

With $93,000 - $141,000 as the anchor, expect mentorship, a benefits package worth bragging about, and the latitude to work remote-first.
