Entry Level Trainer

As a Trainer you’ll lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and other healthcare users, as well as our staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives. Your responsibilities include leading training, developing instructional materials, designing workflow‑based content, collaborating with teams to make our software more intuitive, and supporting clients from start to finish.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
