Join Montessori Unlimited as a Lead Teacher in our authentic Montessori environment located in Bloomington.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support the center’s success.

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Hourly pay $15.31–$17.99, with bi‑weekly and daily options based on position, education and experience.

• Monday‑Friday 8‑5 work week.
